Our office is located at 475 Kamaraja Road, right upstairs. You can’t miss it because we are near the big Banyan Tree and the Ramanujam Nagar bus stop. It’s a very busy spot with people constantly getting on and off the buses. Being upstairs gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get hectic. We help people find work and help businesses find staff, so there’s always a stream of people coming up those stairs. Some look nervous, others look excited. We try to keep the atmosphere in the office calm. It’s just a regular room with some chairs for waiting and a few desks where we do the interviews and paperwork. Ramanujam Nagar is a good place to be because so many people pass through here every day. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we’ve seen all sorts of folks walk through our door. We don't use any fancy systems or complicated talk. We just listen to what someone needs and see if we can help. The banyan tree outside is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving. We aren't a huge organization with offices everywhere; we are just right here on Kamaraja Road, doing our daily work and trying to make things easier for everyone.
