We’re located at S.F. No. 597/1B in Madukkarai Village, which is right near the L&T Bypass. It’s an interesting spot because you get all that highway traffic nearby, but it still feels like a village once you step off the main road. Auto Park Consultancy Services isn't a typical office setup. We spend a lot of time dealing with the practicalities of parking systems and how vehicles move through spaces. Our building is pretty basic, just a place for us to keep our records and meet with people who need our help. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon; we just look at the site and figure out what makes sense. The team here is small, mostly locals who know the Madukkarai area well. It can get quite dusty with the wind coming off the bypass, and we’re always sweeping the front entrance. We don't have a formal dress code, so you'll usually find us in casual clothes, ready to head out to a site at a moment's notice. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, but we do keep busy. People often stop by because they saw our sign from the road and had a question about their own property. We just sit down, have some tea, and talk through the options. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far.
