We are Mukundh Rs Dwelling Private Limited. Our place is located at No.21 in the Sundaram Brothers Layout. It is right off Trichy Road in the Ramanathapuram part of Coimbatore. If you are familiar with this side of the city, you know it is a busy spot with lots of shops and people moving around. We focus on dwellings and buildings, so we spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to folks about where they want to live. The office is tucked away in the layout, which is a bit quieter than the main road itself. We like it that way because it lets us actually hear each other talk. We are not a giant developer with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team that knows how to handle the local paperwork and the actual building process. We have been around for a bit and we have seen how much Ramanathapuram has changed over the years. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site maps. It can get messy, but that is just the nature of the business. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just help people with their housing needs and try to be fair about it. It is just us, doing our thing every day on Trichy Road. It keeps us busy and we like the work.
