Misai Realtors Private Limited is based out of Gandhipuram in Coimbatore. Our office is located at 34-36 on 9th Street. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with all the shops and buses nearby. We spend most of our mornings just getting through the emails and then head out to see properties in the afternoon. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us making calls and visiting sites. The 9th Street location is handy because we can get to almost any part of Coimbatore South pretty quickly. Usually, people come in looking for a small apartment or maybe some commercial space for a shop. We show them what’s available on our list. The office gets a bit noisy because of the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to most days. Dealing with real estate here means you have to know the local layout well. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time. There’s no big secret to what we do. We just help people find a place and handle the legal bits that come with it. It's a lot of talking and walking. Sometimes the weather is too hot to be outside, but the work doesn't stop. We like being in the middle of Gandhipuram. It makes us feel part of the city's pulse. We just keep things moving along.
