Our office sits right on Kamaraj Nagar in Sundarapuram. If you know Coimbatore, you know this side of town can get pretty crowded during the day. We spend most of our time looking at files and talking to people who walk in from the street. It’s mostly about property stuff, which means lots of paperwork and checking details on maps. There isn't much flair to what we do. It is just desks, chairs, and a lot of phone calls. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that is the highlight of the afternoon. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so we do not have long commutes. We see the same faces walking past our door every morning. It is a local operation, even if the name sounds bigger. We do not put out big glossy brochures or anything. Usually, it is just someone asking where a certain plot is or how the taxes work. The building is older, but it works for what we need. We keep the fans running all day because of the heat. Every now and then, we have to clear out the old files to make room for new ones. It is honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We do not really do the whole corporate thing with meetings every hour. We just talk across the room to each other when something needs doing. It is a simple way to run things.
