We are Metlife and you can find us at No: 11, Rajeswari Illam in Coimbatore. We are specifically located in the Gandhipuram area on the second cross extension. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the small streets. The office is basically a house that we converted so it feels a bit more like home than a workplace. We spend most of our time dealing with insurance documents and helping folks understand what they are signing. It’s a lot of reading fine print and making sure names are spelled correctly on the forms. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just have to wait it out or work by the window light. Coimbatore is a busy city but our little corner is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have a few desks squeezed in and there is always a stack of files that never seems to get smaller. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the day's tasks and make sure the people who come to see us get what they need. It’s plain work but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. You won’t see any flashy signs or posters here, just us doing our jobs at Rajeswari Illam. It is a humble place for honest business.
