We are situated at 78 Gandhipuram, which is right across from Rajarathnam Hospital. Having a hospital as a neighbor means there’s always something happening outside our door. There are ambulances coming through and people constantly walking by, so it’s never quiet. Our office is fairly small, tucked into the ground floor of the building. We handle a bit of everything here, which is why we went with the name we have. On any given day, we might be helping someone with paperwork or trying to solve a logistical problem for a local business. The desks are a bit cluttered with notes and half-empty tea cups. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know each other’s habits pretty well by now. Sometimes we have to stay late because a client needs something done by morning, and we just order some food and keep at it. The front window gives us a good view of the street, so we spend a lot of time people-watching when things are slow. It’s a modest setup, nothing fancy about it. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished website. Most of our work comes from people who see our sign while they’re visiting the hospital or walking through Gandhipuram. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right without making a big production out of it.
