Mass Events

We run Mass Events from our place in Hari Garden, which is on Veeriampalayam Road. This is over by the Aerodrome Post in the Nehru Nagar area of Coimbatore. It’s a decent spot, zip code 641004. We chose this location because it's easy for us to get around the city from here. Nehru Nagar is a busy place, and being near the aerodrome means there is always movement. We do event planning and management, but we don't act like we're some big shots. It’s just us, working out of a regular office in the garden area. We have some equipment stored here and a space where we can sit and talk about projects. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know most of the vendors around Coimbatore. It is a lot of phone calls and making sure things arrive on time. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you come to see us, you just get a plain room and some honest talk about your event. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the planning process. Sometimes the traffic on Veeriampalayam Road is a bit much, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the work at hand and try to make sure everything goes as planned for the people who hire us. It's a lot of physical labor and late nights, but that is the business we chose.
