Our workplace is tucked away in the Maruthi Housing area, specifically Unit Sulur Via in Palladam. Masil Tech Private Limited is what’s written on our door. It’s not a big corporate park or anything, just a simple unit in a housing colony. We like the quiet vibe of Coimbatore’s outskirts. The drive out here through Sulur can be a bit long when the traffic is heavy, but it's worth it for the peace. Most of our days are spent sitting at our desks working through whatever tech projects we have on hand. There isn't a lot of fuss or fancy furniture. We have the basics, some desks, chairs, and our computers. The team is pretty small, just a few of us who know each other well. Sometimes we sit outside for a break when the weather is nice, which happens quite a bit around here. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address 1/166 -1A. People sometimes get lost looking for the housing units, but once you find Maruthi, we are easy to spot. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a practical place to get work done without the distractions of the city center. We don’t have any fancy coffee machines or a lunchroom. We usually just bring our tiffins and eat together. It’s a very local, straightforward way of doing things, and it suits us just fine.
