Somanur is a small place, and we are right on K.R. Mill Road at 6/11. It’s a very different vibe from the big cities like Chennai or Coimbatore. Loopstream Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is just a small operation here. The road is named after the mill, which tells you a lot about the history of the area. It’s mostly quiet, though you get the occasional truck or tractor passing by. Our office is pretty modest. We don't have a lot of fancy tech gadgets other than what we actually need to do our work. There’s a certain pace of life here that we’ve grown to like. It’s not about being the fastest or the loudest; it’s just about doing the job properly. The building we are in is older, and it has its quirks, like the windows that stick sometimes or the way the light hits the desks in the afternoon. We usually just bring our own food or get something from the very few spots nearby. It’s a very local way of working. There are no corporate meetings or big presentations here, just us sitting down and getting through the tasks for the day. It’s practical and it works for us. We like the fact that we can just focus on the tech without all the extra noise and pollution of the big cities. It makes for a decent day's work and we enjoy being part of this community.
