Lakshmi Rubber Industry

You can find Lakshmi Rubber Industry at 7/18, V C Mill Compound in Annanagar. We’re specifically in the Veerapandi Press Colony area, near N S N Palayam. Being in an old mill compound gives the place a certain character. It’s an older building, and we’ve had to make it work for our rubber business. The floors are a bit uneven and it can get quite warm in the afternoons, but it’s our space. We spend our time working with the rubber, cutting and shaping it as needed. It’s a repetitive job, but it’s something we’re good at now. There isn't much room for fancy offices here, so we just have a small corner for the books and the phone. Most of our life happens out where the machines are. Annanagar is a busy area, and there’s always something going on in the compound. We know the other folks working in the nearby units, and we help each other out when someone needs a tool or a hand with something heavy. We don't have any slick marketing or big slogans. We’re just a small outfit trying to do a decent job every day. Sometimes the rains make the compound a bit muddy, but we just put on our boots and keep going. It’s a simple, practical way to spend the day, and we don't really want it any other way. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done.
