L S Solutions is over at No 611/E in Gandhipuram. We are right near Ellen Hospital, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being in Gandhipuram means it’s always busy outside with people and traffic. Inside our office, things are a bit more focused. We deal with various technical and service-related tasks that people need help with. It’s a bit of a mix of things, hence the solutions part of the name. We have some computers, a few desks, and usually a lot of cables or spare parts tucked away in the corners. It’s not the neatest office in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting or helping people figure out a problem they’re having. We don’t use a lot of jargon. If something is broken or needs fixing, we just say so. Most of us have been working in this field for a while, so we’ve seen most of the common issues that pop up. People walk in from the hospital area or the nearby shops when they need something sorted out quickly. We aren’t a big chain or anything. It’s just us here, doing what we can to keep things running for our customers. It’s a living, and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up for the evening. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if a job isn't quite finished yet.
