We are tucked away in Kovaipudur at T.128. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the area. Kichilli Technologies started out as a very small idea between a few friends. We wanted to build something of our own in this neighborhood. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s full of hardware and people staring at monitors. We do a lot of development work here. The air in Kovaipudur is usually a bit better than the main part of Coimbatore, which we appreciate. We don't have a big HR department or a PR firm. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of the guys actually doing the work. We like it that way because things don't get lost in translation. We’ve had some long nights in this office, especially when a deadline is coming up. We usually order in some food and just power through. It’s not always easy, but it’s our business so we put in the effort. We’ve grown a little bit since we started, but we’re still small enough that everyone knows everyone else’s business. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here, just work to be finished. We try to be honest with people about what we can do and what we can't. It saves everyone a lot of trouble in the long run. That’s just the way we do things at T.128.
