We are located right near the Lakshmi Mills signal on Bharathiyar Road. If you know Coimbatore traffic, you know how busy this junction gets. Our clinic is actually situated above the State Bank of Patiala in Papanaickenpalayam. It's not a fancy corporate setup, just a practical place where we handle hair and skin issues for people in the neighborhood. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the sun is really beating down outside. Most people find us because they're already passing by the signal or they live nearby in the residential streets. We’ve got the usual clinical stuff inside, and the staff is mostly just focused on getting the work done. You have to walk up the stairs since we’re on the upper floor. It can be a bit noisy with the vehicles outside, but inside we try to keep things fairly calm so people can explain what’s going on with their skin or hair without rushing. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just drop in, maybe ask a few questions, and then decide what they want to do. It’s a straightforward operation. We see a lot of the same faces from around the area, which is nice. Sometimes the lift acts up or the parking downstairs gets a bit tight, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We just open up in the morning and stay till evening.
