N. M. Stationaries Xerox

Our shop, N. M. Stationaries Xerox, is located in the M. C. P. Complex on Union Office Road in Kavundampalayam. We are at number 8/27, which is a small space but we make it work for everything we need. Most of the day, you’ll find one of us standing by the Xerox machine. It’s a machine that has seen better days, but it still produces decent copies for the folks who live around here. We keep the shelves stocked with the basic things like ballpoint pens, notebooks, and glue sticks. It’s not a huge store where you’ll find everything, but we have the essentials that students and office workers need. Sometimes the machine acts up and we have to spend twenty minutes getting a paper jam out, which usually happens when there is a long line of people waiting. My hands always seem to have a little bit of black toner on them no matter how much I wash them. The shop gets a bit dusty because of all the traffic on Union Office Road, so we are always wiping things down with an old cloth. We open up pretty early because people heading to the union office often need a last-minute copy of some document or a new file folder. It’s a simple business and we’ve been here for a long time now. We don't have any big signs or advertisements, just a local place where you can get your papers copied and buy a pen.
