Anugraha Fashion Mill Pvt. Ltd.

Working at Anugraha Fashion Mill Pvt. Ltd. means being around a lot of fabric and thread all the time. Our place is at Plot No. 15, Suriyan Nagar, right on ABT Road in the New Extention area. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it’s not too bad once you know the shortcut. The building is filled with the sound of sewing machines and the rustle of large rolls of cloth being moved around. We have a lot of different people coming in and out every day. Some days the floor is covered in scraps of thread and little pieces of cut fabric that we have to sweep up before we go home. It is not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy of it. We do not really have a big fancy sign outside, just the address on the gate. Inside, we have rows of workstations and some big tables for cutting. We mostly just focus on getting the day's tasks finished. If someone has a problem with a machine, we usually try to fix it ourselves before calling anyone else. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused, especially in the afternoon when things get a bit slow. The New Extention area has changed a lot since we first moved in, with more buildings going up every year. We just keep doing our thing at Plot No. 15, making sure the orders are ready on time without making a fuss.
