You can find us up in Tower-B of Mellanium Plaza in Sushant Lok-I. We’re in suite 801. Being on the eighth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we’re looking at paperwork and computer screens. We deal with kitchen appliances and all the little accessories that go with them. It’s a busy office because there’s always someone calling about a spare part or a new installation. The space is filled with brochures and a few sample models here and there. It’s not a full showroom, so it feels more like a workspace where the actual planning happens. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We have a small kitchen area for the staff where we test out some of the stuff ourselves. It’s a good way to know what we are selling. The elevators in the plaza can be a bit of a wait during lunch hour, so we usually stagger our breaks to avoid the rush. We’ve been here for a while and the location is convenient for most of our clients. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a dedicated group of us making sure people get their kitchen gear. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon; we just explain how the stuff works and try to help out. It’s a regular office job with a focus on home appliances and making life a bit easier.
