Jeyakumar Associates

Jeyakumar Associates is located up on the third floor of the Viswa Paradise building. You have to head over to Kalidas Road in Ram Nagar to find us at number 23. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually quite busy. Ram Nagar is a bit of a maze sometimes, but Kalidas Road is pretty well known around here. We’ve got a decent amount of space in the office, though it’s mostly filled with filing cabinets and large tables for our drawings. The walk up the stairs is good exercise, though some days it feels longer than others. We’ve been in Viswa Paradise for a bit now, and the neighbors on the other floors are mostly quiet. It’s a good environment for concentrating on technical work. Most of the time, the office is just a hum of computers and the sound of people talking over plans. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't a front desk person or anything, usually just whoever is closest to the door greets you. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon slump. It’s a solid, hardworking space in the heart of Ram Nagar. We like being centrally located because it makes it easier for people to drop by after they finish their own errands in the city. It’s a practical setup for the way we work.
