Janatics India Pvt Ltd is based over at E-25 in the Sidco Industrial Estate in Kurichi. Being in the Sidco area is helpful because everything is set up for industry. Our unit is a decent size. It’s where we keep the inventory and handle the daily tasks. It’s not a very quiet place, as there’s always something moving or a machine running nearby. We’ve spent many years in this spot. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't affect the work we do. We have a small group of people here who have worked together for a long time. We know each other’s habits. It’s a practical environment. We don't have any big slogans or fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have shelves full of products and a few desks for the administrative side of things. Kurichi is a good location for us. It feels like a real hub for making things. We get to work early and stay until the job is done. There’s a certain routine to it that feels right. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. It’s a simple business life. We take care of the orders, talk to the suppliers, and make sure the place stays running. It’s what we know how to do. No more, no less. We just focus on the items on our shelves.
