We are located at 101 Civil Aerodrome Road. It’s a busy spot with all the traffic going by every day, but we like it here. My name is Jai and I started this place to handle tech problems for people in the neighborhood. Usually, we are busy fixing laptops or looking at some piece of hardware that stopped working for no reason. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a regular workspace with tools scattered around. Most days start early because there is always something left over from the day before. The building at 101 is easy to spot once you get onto the main road. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes the fans are humming so loud you can’t hear the phone, but that’s just how it goes in a tech shop. We try to get things done as they come in, though some repairs take longer than others depending on if we have the parts. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at small screws, to be honest. If you are coming from the airport side, you’ll see us right there. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk, we just look at what’s broken and see if it can be fixed. It’s been a few years now and we know most of the people who walk through the door. Sometimes we just sit and talk about the planes overhead.
