Ivy Informatics India Pvt. Ltd. is located at No 69 in the Kalpa Building. We are over in the Lakshmipuram area of Ganapathy. It’s a decent enough building, though it’s been there for a while. We have a few rooms where we set up our computers and servers. It can get pretty warm in the afternoons because of all the machines running, so we keep the fans going all day. Most of us have been working together for quite some time now. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who know how to handle the informatics side of things. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and typing. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but usually, we try to get home at a reasonable hour. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. Ganapathy is a busy part of town, so there's always something happening outside. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one by the door. If you come inside, you’ll see we have wires everywhere and plenty of notebooks. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try not to get too stressed out. It's steady work and we like being in this neighborhood. Most of us take the bus to work.
