Out here in Vadavalli, specifically over at 12/20 Gurusamy Nagar on 5th Main Road, you will find us at Itw India Ltd. The area of Novavoorpirivu is usually pretty active, and our spot is right in the middle of that daily shuffle. We handle the pioneer packaging systems service side of the business. It is mostly about keeping the equipment running and making sure the packaging setups for our customers are doing what they are supposed to do. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our tools and paperwork organized. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it a bit of a challenge to get around, but we manage. Our team is small, mostly locals who know the streets around here like the back of their hands. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at customer sites fixing things that have gone wrong. It is honest work and can be a bit messy sometimes with all the mechanical parts and grease. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the machines in front of us and try to be helpful when someone calls with a problem. It is just a normal day at the shop for us, trying to keep things moving in the packaging world without any extra drama.
