If you find yourself in the Kuniyamuthur area of Coimbatore, you might pass by our place on Palpannai Street. We are at Number 2, just a small software solution setup. It’s not a big tech park or anything like that. We are right in the middle of a regular street where people live and shop. Itech Software Solution has been operating from here for some time now. The office is basically just a few rooms with enough power strips for all our laptops and screens. We usually have the radio playing low in the background or just the sound of everyone typing away. Coimbatore is a grounded kind of city, and our office fits right into that. We don't have fancy ergonomic chairs or a break room with a pool table. We just have a small table where we eat our lunch boxes together. The neighbors know us, and we know the guy who runs the shop at the corner. It’s a very local way to run a software business. We deal with clients and write code, but we do it without all the extra noise you see in big cities. It is just a plain, honest workspace where we try to do a decent job every day of the week. There’s no pressure to be anything other than what we are, which is just a small local team.
