Ioroot Private Limited is located over in Karur. You can find us c/o Venkatraman R at Kundangalpatty, on the south side in Salapatty. Karur is a place known for its textiles and industries, and we are just another small part of that local economy. We do not have a big fancy glass building. Our office is just a simple space where we can sit down and focus. We do a lot of technical work, but we do not feel the need to dress it up with expensive words. We are just a small team of real people. Most of the time, we are just trying to solve whatever puzzle is on our screens that day. We do not follow any corporate handbooks or have those weird team-building exercises. We just get along and do what we need to do. It is a very grounded way to work. The area around Salapatty is pretty quiet, which is nice for concentrating on tough problems. We are not out here trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do things right and stay honest with the people we work with. There is no polish here, just some desks, some computers, and a lot of hard work. We like the fact that we are a bit out of the way. It keeps things simple. If we finish early, we go home. If there is a lot to do, we stay late. That is just how it is.
