Hitech Systems

Hitech Systems is located over at 96 Kalapatti Road West, in Ward No. 14. Despite the name "Hitech," we aren't a group of people in lab coats or anything like that. We're just regular folks who know how to work with these systems. Our office is a straightforward place. We’ve got some shelving for parts, a few desks, and a lot of cables everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking spot, but we know where everything is kept. Kalapatti Road can get pretty busy, but it's a good spot for us. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting and figuring out why things aren't working right. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the door or fixing a circuit board. We don't bother with fancy titles here. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it. It’s been this way for years, and we don't see any reason to change it. We like the local feel of the area. It feels like we are part of the community here in Ward 14. We just try to be helpful and get the equipment back to people as quickly as we can. It’s not a complicated way to run a business, but it works for us.
