Sometimes we’re here late, other times we leave a bit early if the work is finished. The layout is quiet most of the time, which is good for thinking. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and talk about things that aren't work-related. It keeps us sane. We don't have any grand plans to expand into a huge corporation.
