Hand Art Men

Our shop is called Hand Art Men. We are tucked away in the Sharthi Complex on Vk Main Road. This is in the Vilankurichi area of Coimbatore, near Vkr Kalyana Mandabam. If there is a wedding at the Mandabam, things get very busy around here. The 641035 area is where we spend all our time. We mostly do hair and grooming for the men around here. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t have any fancy goals. We just want to make sure the shop stays open and the bills are paid. The complex has other shops too, so there is always someone coming or going. Sometimes we stand outside and talk to the other shop owners when it’s slow. Vilankurichi is a nice part of town. It’s growing but still feels like a neighborhood. We don’t use any marketing tricks. What you see is what you get. The chairs are a bit old, but they are comfortable. We have our tools and we know how to use them. That’s really all there is to Hand Art Men. We aren’t a big chain. It’s just a local spot for local people. Most of our customers live just a few streets away. They know our names and we know theirs. It makes the work feel a bit more personal even if we are just cutting hair all day long. We just keep going. It’s what we’ve done for a long time.
