We are located over at 21, Hindustan Avenue, just off Udayamsalayam Road. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. Greenway Realities has been around this part of town for some time now. Mostly, we deal with the paperwork and the everyday tasks of managing properties around here. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of desks and a lot of files piled up. You can usually hear the traffic outside our window all day long. Some days are quieter than others, depending on how many people drop by to ask about land or buildings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to look at different sites. It’s a lot of walking and talking. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time there than at the desk. Udayamsalayam Road is growing fast, and we see it changing every month. New shops open up, and old ones get renovated. It keeps us on our toes. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the details are sorted for whatever comes across the desk. It’s plain work, but it keeps the lights on. If you walk past the main gate at number 21, you'll see our small sign. We’ve been meaning to fix it for a while but never got around to it.
