We are located at Door Number 56 in Meenatchi Amman Nagar, which is over in the Kamatchipuram part of Coimbatore. Glisteninfo Tech India Llp is basically a small group of us who decided to start something together. We don't have a giant HR department or a sleek front office. It's a functional space where we handle tech work. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something to fix or update. We like being in Coimbatore because it has a good mix of people and industries. Our office is fairly simple. We have the usual desks and equipment, and maybe a few too many coffee mugs lying around. We don't use a lot of corporate buzzwords because they don't really mean much to us. We prefer to just talk plainly about what we can do. It's not a perfect setup, and sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of deadlines. But we always manage to sort it out. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to do solid work for the people who hire us. Being in a residential-ish area like Meenatchi Amman Nagar makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We know the local shops and the people around here. It feels more like a real part of the community than a cold office park. We’re just trying to keep the lights on and do right by our clients and ourselves.
