Our place is at No. 44 in GKD Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on computer work. We’re a small IT company, so most of our day is spent looking at monitors and trying to fix software issues for our clients. The office isn't anything special—just some sturdy tables, chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of power strips. We started out with just a couple of us and slowly added a few more people as we got more work. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere here; we don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, there’s some music playing in the background to keep the energy up. We handle a lot of different things, from basic troubleshooting to more complex coding tasks. Sometimes things get stressful when a server goes down or a project is late, but we usually manage to figure it out together. We spend a lot of time talking through problems over snacks. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels more like a home than a corporate office. We like the fact that we can just walk down the street to get a tea or some food. It’s a simple setup that works for us, and we’ve been here long enough that the locals know who we are.
