Our small office is situated at 72/2 Madukarai Road in the Kurichi area. It is a little bit out from the main city center of Coimbatore, but things are growing fast around here. FIVESTAR REALESTATE PRIVATE LIMITED is what we call our business. We have been handling land and house sales in this neighborhood for a decent amount of time now. The road outside can get quite noisy with all the heavy trucks passing through all day and night. We are not some big corporation with hundreds of employees in suits. It is just a few of us trying to make a living by helping people find a bit of land they can call their own. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or heading out to various sites in Kurichi to look at boundaries. Local people know where we are. We do not do much advertising. Usually, someone just hears about us from a friend and stops by to see what is on the books. Our office is a plain room with some metal files and a couple of computers. We do not have a receptionist. If the door is unlocked, someone is usually inside working. We deal with all sorts of properties, mostly on this side of town. It is hard work when the weather is bad, but it is what we do. We know the local rules for filing things correctly, which helps a lot.
