Earl'S Estates Private Limited is based in Coimbatore. Our office is at G.V. Residency in the Sowripalayam area. We are at No. 69 on Eastern Avenue. We use Room No. 2 for our daily work. It is a very residential neighborhood so it is much quieter than the center of Coimbatore. We really like the weather here compared to the heat of Chennai. Sowripalayam is a nice part of the city with a lot of houses and apartment blocks. Our office is on the smaller side. It is just a room where we keep our property records and meet with people. We do not have a large team of employees. It is mostly just us handling the work ourselves. Being in G.V. Residency is good because it is a calm and safe environment. You can see people out for their morning walks every day. We usually start our office hours around ten in the morning. We have some basic wooden furniture and a computer. We do not spend money on expensive decor. We just focus on the estate tasks. People in Coimbatore are generally quite relaxed and we try to work the same way. We do not rush through things. There is a small grocery shop nearby where we get what we need. It is a very local way to live and work. We have been here a while.
