We are based out of the Wellknown Engineering factory over in Kuppakonam Pudur. Coimbatore is known for this kind of work, and we are right in the thick of it. The factory floor is where most of the action happens. It is full of the smell of machine oil and the sound of metal being worked on. We have our tools organized on the walls, though things tend to get messy during a big job. The workers usually have their own way of doing things, and we don't interfere much as long as the parts are coming out right. There is a small office area where we keep the drawings and the computer, but it is usually covered in a bit of fine dust from the shop floor. The weather in Tamil Nadu can get pretty humid, so we have big fans running to keep the air moving while we work. We take our breaks together, usually drinking local coffee while sitting on some of the crates. It is a straightforward engineering environment. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know the way to the Pudur area. It is about getting the engineering right and making sure the machines are handled properly. The day usually starts early before the sun gets too high, and we stay until the last task is finished for the evening. It is a steady, quiet life of making things.
