We are over at Number 4 in Kondasamy Nagar, which is in the B R Puram area. It’s a quiet little corner, and that’s exactly how we like it for Cotter Technologies. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights or a fancy glass front. It’s just a solid, normal building where we can sit down and focus on our work without too much noise from the main roads. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so you see people walking their dogs or kids coming home from school while we are at our desks. It’s a very different vibe from the big tech parks you see in other parts of the city. We have our computers set up and a small area for lunch, and that’s about all we need. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy meetings or corporate talk. Instead, we just talk to each other like normal people and try to get our tasks finished on time. Sometimes the internet acts up or we run out of coffee, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors know us as the tech people on the street. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to stay in our nice quiet spot in B R Puram and do work that we can be proud of at the end of the day.
