Conrad Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. is on the 2nd floor of Ashoka Plaza, at number 127. The building is on Dr. Nanjappa Road in the Gandhipuram area. If you’ve spent any time in Gandhipuram, you know it’s a really active part of the city. There’s always a lot of movement on Dr. Nanjappa Road, which keeps things interesting. Our office on the second floor is where we do all our software work. It’s a straightforward space with rows of computers and a few small tables for meetings. We don't have anything too fancy, just the basics that we need to do our jobs every day. The plaza has a lot of other offices too, so there’s a real business atmosphere in the building. Sometimes the elevators are a bit crowded, but the stairs aren't too bad since we’re only on the second floor. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people in the building. It’s a good location for us because it’s easy for everyone to get to. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and writing code, so it’s usually pretty quiet inside the office itself. We aren't big on corporate meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the desks when we need to figure something out. It’s a relaxed environment where we just focus on the tasks we have for the day. It gets the job done and we like it here.
