Confair Technologies Private Limited

Confair Technologies is based out of Chinna Thottam in Coimbatore. Our office is tucked away in the N.K.P. Palayam area, which has its own unique vibe. Coimbatore is a busy city, but our corner feels a bit more like a workplace where you can actually hear yourself think. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and the staff here are mostly locals who know the area well. It’s a practical space. We don't have leather sofas or big art on the walls. It’s more about the desks, the computers, and the people sitting in them. Every morning, the routine is pretty much the same. We come in, check what needs to be done, and get started. The weather in Coimbatore is usually a bit better than Chennai, but we still keep the fans going most of the day. There’s a lot of industrial activity around this part of town, so you always feel like you’re in the middle of a working district. We take our lunch breaks together sometimes, or just grab something quick from one of the nearby stalls. It is just a normal office where people work hard and try to stay organized. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. It’s a very straightforward way of running a business, and it seems to work for us here at E/SNGR. We just keep things moving one day at a time.
