Computronicx

Our place is called Computronicx. We are located at New No 78, which used to be Old No 239B, on the first floor of 9th Street in Gandhipuram. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and small offices nearby. We mainly focus on computer repairs and selling various hardware parts. The office is a bit of a mess with cables, old keyboards, and open CPU cases scattered everywhere. That's just how we work. We don't really have a reception area or a secretary. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't holding a soldering iron at the moment. We’ve been in Gandhipuram for several years. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where 9th Street is. The building is a typical old commercial block. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high, but we don't mind it much. We deal with regular people who just want their PCs or laptops to work again. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. It’s just about getting the job done so you can go home. Sometimes we get really busy and there's a bit of a wait, but we try to be fair about who came in first. Most of our customers come back because we've been here so long. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay afloat and help out the people around us.
