We are located at Flat No 2, Nanthini Illam, which is right on 1st Street in the Venayakapuram area of Sarvanampatti. It is a busy part of Coimbatore, but our street is a little tucked away from the heaviest traffic. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much, which we actually quite like. Most mornings start with a bit of a walk from the main road to get to the door. You see the same faces every day, neighbors heading out or the local shops opening up their shutters. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We have our desks and our computers set up. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in the movies. It feels more grounded. We handle our technology work right here. The heat in Tamil Nadu can be a lot, especially in the middle of the day, so we keep the fans going and maybe have a tea break when things get too warm. There is always someone coming in or leaving, and the phone rings pretty often. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big goals posted on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done for Cognizant Technology Solutions India Pvt. Ltd, and then go home. It is a practical way to work and it suits the people here just fine. We just focus on the tasks at hand and keep things moving.
