Codexind

Codexind is situated at 107 Light House Road. It’s a pretty busy area, and we’ve been in this building for quite a few years. Our workspace is essentially just one large room filled with desks, computers, and a lot of hardware. We never saw the point in spending money on fancy furniture or decorations. It’s a place for coding and handling technical projects, not for show. Some days, the office looks like a disaster zone with cables and papers scattered everywhere. We try to keep things tidy, but it's hard when you're in the middle of a big project. There are only a few of us working here, so we all know each other well. We don't have any HR policies or corporate manuals. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea. It’s a very straightforward way to operate. Light House Road is always full of activity, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a screen. We don't really advertise our services. Most of our clients come to us because someone else recommended us. We don't use any of that corporate jargon. We just speak plainly. It makes life a lot simpler. We’ve pulled quite a few all-nighters here when deadlines were looming. That’s just the nature of the work we do, and we’ve gotten used to it by now. We like the way things are run.
