Our shop is located on Kamakchi Amman Kovil Street in the Ramanathapuram area of Coimbatore. We are at number 2/75, which is a fairly easy spot to find if you know the street. We have been working with computers here for a good while. It is a regular neighborhood business where we handle repairs and other technical tasks that come our way. The office is simple and functional, mostly filled with desks and shelves for spare parts. We do not have a big team or any corporate fancy clothes. Usually, we are just in our everyday wear, trying to figure out why a particular machine will not start up. The street outside is often busy with people going to the temple or local shops, so there is a lot of life around us. We keep a stock of components in the back because you never know what someone might need in a hurry. Sometimes we sit out front for a bit when it gets too stuffy inside. Coimbatore can get quite hot, so our fans are almost always running. We know most of the other shop owners nearby, and it feels like a nice community to be part of. We do not go for any complex management systems. We just write down what needs to be done and get to it. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening.
