We are based in Coimbatore at No.19 on OM Sakthi Nagar Police Quarters Road. This is in the Ganapathy area, 641006. Being near the police quarters means it’s a pretty recognizable landmark for anyone trying to find us. Our office is a straightforward space. We’ve got some basic desks and chairs and a few shelves for our files. It’s not a high-tech looking place from the outside, just a regular building on a regular street in Tamil Nadu. We start our day early before it gets too hot. There is a lot of local activity around here, so there is always something to see out the window. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate jargon. We just have a list of things to do every day and we try to get through them. Sometimes we stay a bit late if there’s a lot going on, but usually, we keep regular hours. We share a small space and we’ve all become pretty good friends because of it. There’s a tea stall not too far away that we visit often. It’s a very grounded, local way of working. We aren't part of some giant corporation; we’re just a small group of people in Ganapathy trying to do a good job.
