Blue Sea Exports

Down on Covai Main Road in Mahalingapuram, things move pretty fast. At Blue Sea Exports, we spend most of our time at number 12, getting things ready to ship out. We handle a lot of different items that are heading far away. The warehouse is a big open space that echoes when it’s empty, but it’s rarely empty. Usually, there are piles of crates and workers moving around with hand trucks. Mahalingapuram is a good spot for us because the road access is easy for the big lorries. We don’t have a fancy lobby for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back checking manifests or making sure the packing is secure. It's a lot of paperwork and physical labor. The heat can be tough, but we just get on with it. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know the shipping routes and the schedules by heart. We don’t use a lot of big words or have corporate meetings. It’s just about getting the cargo from point A to point B without any trouble. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is due to leave early the next morning. It’s just how the export business works. We keep our operation lean and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a steady, unsophisticated way to run a business. We just keep the boxes moving and the trucks loaded.
