We are based in Coimbatore, and we have been working in the food and hospitality scene here for quite some time. Coimbatore is a city that loves its food, so there is always a lot of pressure to get things right. We do not have a big fancy office address to show off; we mostly spend our time in kitchens, dining halls, or out meeting with people who need catering or hospitality help. Our days are long and usually start well before the sun comes up. Dealing with fresh ingredients and making sure guests are looked after is a lot of work. It is not the kind of job where you sit at a desk all day. We are constantly on our feet, checking on orders and making sure the service is running as it should. There are plenty of challenges, like when a delivery is late or the guest count changes at the last minute. We just handle it. That is what hospitality is about, really. We are a private limited company, but we do not act like a big corporate entity. We are just a group of people who know their way around a kitchen and a dining room. We have seen how the city has changed and how people's tastes have evolved. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. It is honest work that keeps us busy and connected to the local community here in Coimbatore.
