Bhogar Siddha Clinic

We have been here on Karumarampalayam Uthukulli Road for a while now. Bhogar Siddha Clinic isn't a fancy place with lots of glass and chrome, but it gets the job done. Most mornings start early, usually around the time the traffic picks up outside. We spend a lot of time just talking to people who walk in from the neighborhood. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others here. We keep the place tidy, though the dust from the road always finds a way in. Siddha medicine is what we do, and it’s a slow process sometimes. People come in with all sorts of aches and pains. We sit them down, listen to what's going on, and try to help with the herbs and oils we have. Sometimes the tea runs out before noon and someone has to run across the street. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always noise outside. We don't have a big waiting room, just a few chairs that have seen better days. But people don't seem to mind much as long as they get a chance to sit. We try to remember everyone's name, but sometimes it's hard when it gets crowded on Mondays. It’s just how things are here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the people in Karumarampalayam feeling a bit better.
