Our place is located at No. 326 Perumal Koil Street in Ramanathapuram. It’s a solid building where we work on extracting things from herbs and plants. Artha Herbs is not a big corporate headquarters; it’s more of a workshop and laboratory combined. We take raw plant material and use various methods to get the derivatives out of them. It involves a lot of boiling, cooling, and filtering. The air inside always smells like a forest after the rain, though sometimes it’s a bit more pungent depending on what we are processing that day. We have a dedicated crew of people who have been with us for a long time. They know how to handle the vats and the filters without needing much instruction. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or advertisements. Most of our clients are other businesses that know we do honest work. A lot of our day is spent making sure the temperatures are just right and that everything is staying clean. It’s a repetitive job, but it requires a lot of attention. If you stop paying attention for ten minutes, a whole batch could be off. We don't have any big missions or slogans. We just focus on getting the extract out of the leaf and into the container. It’s a quiet life here in Ramanathapuram, and we prefer to keep it that way while we do our daily work. We just take things one batch at a time until the day is done.
