Beetroot Event Management

We are located at 12 C in V G Rao Nagar. This is in the Ganapathy area of Coimbatore. We are pretty close to the K K Nagar EB Colony. It is a decent spot for an office. Being in event management means we are usually on the phone or out at some venue. The office is where we keep all the plans and notes. Ganapathy is a busy part of town so there is always something going on outside. We handle different types of events. It involves a lot of coordination with other people like cooks or decorators. Sometimes we are working late nights to make sure everything is ready for the next morning. It is not always easy but it is what we do. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first came here. More houses and shops have opened up. We are tucked away a bit near the EB colony side. Usually, people come by to discuss their family functions or some corporate meeting they are having. We try to keep things simple. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know the work well. Most of our days are spent checking lists and making sure we did not forget the small details. It is a lot of running around Coimbatore. We like being in Ganapathy because it is easy to get to other parts of the city from here.
