We’re over at the Corporation Complex on Dr. Nanjappa Road, Unit 21. Bearing And Tools Syndicate has been in this spot for years. It’s a busy complex, and there’s always someone coming or going. Our shop is filled with exactly what the name says—bearings and tools. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the shelves reaching up to the ceiling. We try to keep it organized, but when it gets busy, things can get a little messy. That’s just the nature of the trade. People in the area know us as the place to go when they’re stuck on a repair or need a specific part for a machine. We don’t do much fancy talk. We just find the part you need and get you on your way. Nanjappa Road is a major spot, so we see a lot of traffic and a lot of different faces every day. The office part is just a small desk in the corner where we keep the books and take orders. We’re more comfortable on the floor with the stock. It’s a local business, through and through. We know our regulars by name, and we’ve seen their businesses grow alongside ours. We aren't trying to be the biggest supplier out there, just the most reliable one for the folks who drop by. It’s a good way to spend the day. Usually, the phone starts ringing at nine and doesn't stop until we finally close for the evening.
