My name is Balasubramaniyan S D and I run things from my place called Tripthi, which is house number 83. We are located in T Balan Nagar in the Kavundampalayam area of Coimbatore. It is a residential kind of spot, so it is much calmer than being right in the center of the city or near the big bus stands. I like it here because you can actually hear yourself think most of the time. The 641030 area has grown quite a lot lately, but our street stays mostly the same. The house is easy to find if you are looking for the right number on the gate, and people around here generally know where T Balan Nagar is located if you happen to get lost. It is not like a big corporate office with a fancy lobby or a receptionist or anything like that. It is just a regular building where I handle my daily tasks and paperwork. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are out playing on the street in the evening, which gives the whole place a nice, homey feel. I usually spend most of my day sitting at the desk, getting through whatever needs to be finished before the day ends. The weather can get quite hot in Coimbatore, so the shade from the old trees on this street is a real help for keeping the house cool. There is no big sign outside, just the house name and number on the wall. It is a simple setup for a simple way of working.
