Down at No-10 in the Sidco Industrial Estate, things stay pretty busy from early morning until late. Auto Shell Casts Pvt. Ltd. is basically a big workshop filled with the sounds of metal and machinery. We have been operating out of this spot for quite some time, and the walls have seen a lot of grease and hard work over the years. It is an industrial area, so there is always a truck idling nearby or someone shouting over the noise of a grinder. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. The floor is concrete and the air usually feels a bit warm because of the casting processes we handle every day. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so they know exactly how the machines sound when they are running right. When a client calls, we just tell them what we can do and how long it will take. There is no point in overcomplicating things with big words or promises that don't mean much. We just stick to the drawings and make sure the parts come out the way they are supposed to. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit near the back door during monsoon season, but we just move the crates and keep going. It is a simple way of working, really. We just keep our heads down and finish the orders on time.
