If you’ve ever been to Pollachi, you know it’s famous for its greenery and coconuts. Our office is a modest place that fits right into the surroundings. It’s not some big glass tower. It’s just a practical building where we come every day to handle our tasks. We have a few rooms set up with desks and chairs. There is a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. The morning usually starts with us opening the doors and checking what came in the mail or over the internet. We aren't a huge team, so we all know each other well and don't need to be very formal. Sometimes we talk about the local market prices or how the weather is changing. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have fans that keep the air moving. We don't have any flashy marketing posters on the walls. It’s just white paint and some calendars. We focus on getting our work done right and making sure we don't make mistakes.
